Insurance & Payments

If your plan is not on this list, please call the office to discuss the arrangements that can be made. We are always happy to cooperate with patients by filling out documentation requested by their insurance companies so that they can be reimbursed.

Copays, deductibles and other fees that are not reimbursed by insurance directly to the office are due at the time of service. We accept cash checks and major credit cards.

While the practice has a small laboratory, the focus of our practice is on Internal Medicine. Most testing will be referred to independent clinical laboratories which will charge fees directly to the patient or his or her insurance company.
